About BATA

The (San Francisco) Bay Area Theatre Artists (or "BATA" for short) e-mail list was created with the goal of making it easy to disseminate important information in a timely manner to a large number of theatre artists, from actors to directors to stage managers. More information can be found on the web site, www.sfbata.org. Although the web site is mainly being used as an interface to the list, more resources for theatre artists may be posted there in the future. Please also view the new BATA Posting Guidelines page for information of what is and is not appropriate to post to the list. Using BATA

To post a message to all the list members, send email to bata@sfbata.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.

Subscribing to BATA

Subscribe to BATA by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the members list is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   You must enter a privacy password. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
