CAUCASIAN FEMALE ACTOR AGED 30 TO 35
PERFORMANCE: JUNE 19, 20, 27 AND 28TH
LOCATION: 848 COMMUNITY THEATER

Holograms of Love is a black comedy three-monologue
play about the search for intimacy through the lens of
addiction.  Seeking a female aged 30 to 35 to perform
a 15-minute monologue titled Modern Geisha.  Corrine
Romano is in her early to mid-thirties and a formerly
successful corporate player, but now unemployed.
Corrine has secretly made the choice to be a kept
woman rather than re-entering the job-search rat race.
 No one in her life knows she was laid off over a year
ago. She believes she is part Jewish American princess
by birth, although she?s never located her biological
family. Corrine spends her days getting ready for her
lover while addictively shopping online and ruminating
over her entitled but victimized life.

Familiarity with Yiddish helpful but not required.
