We currently have 1 spot remaining in our next weekend class with casting
director, Richard Hicks, CSA on August 23rd & 24th. Richard has just finished
casting the next Richard Gere and Jennifer Lopez feature, "Shall We Dance" and
is currently casting 3 new TV series that are in pre-production: "The 'L'
Word", "It's All Relative", and "At End Of Day". He is also casting a new pilot
that just started at the beginning of this month, ". Richard is currently
sitting on the board for CSA and has been nominated 3 years in a row for the CSA
Artios award for casting. He also has to his credit, "A Mighty Wind", "Igby
Goes Down" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm".
If you have never taken one of our weekend classes, it is definitely an
experience to both remember and build upon. Actors have said that they've learned
more in one of these weekends about acting, auditioning and the industry as a
whole than they could ever have thought possible. It's a testament to the
level of expertise that these guests bring with them to the classroom and it is
an experience that no serious actor should go without.
Once again, there is 1 spot left open in this class scheduled for August 23rd
& 24th. Richard's visit to the Bay Area will be his first for us and judging
by the work schedule that he has, we are not sure when he will be able to
come up again, if at all. Don't talk yourself out of it, you can get this spot.
However, based on the demand and interest in the classes that we've put
together in the past, this spot will not last long. There are now 2 weeks to go
before the class and this spot will not stay open long. Contact us as soon as
possible to find out how to sign up.
