[BATA] Performance space needed ASAP!!!

Open Stage Theatre is producing the show show Steel Pier , set to
run this fall. They are having a slight problem with thier performance
space - the fire marshal came by and said they now have a 49 person max
occupancy. Since the cast & crew are 25 people, this space is currently
not practical until it gets up to code, since there would be more people in
the cast than the audience.

They are desperately looking for a new performance space in or around San
Francisco. Basic requirements are seating for 100+, a ~(35' x 25')
stage, and availability for a 3-5 week run before the end of the year. This
could even be a warehouse and we can build the stage in it, if
necessary. As long as the space requirements are met, I believe the company
can manage the rest(and of course it is OK with the fire marshal).
