Only 3 Spots left!!!

---
Hey-looo guys -=20

Just coming off of the high from the Shawn Dawson (Nip Tuck, 1-800-missing)=20
weekend...*sigh* I love being in class -- being able to ask questions that a=
re=20
about what's going on NOW in the LA Market and getting the answer right then=
=20
and there from someone that REALLY knows what he's talking about. I think it=
's=20
one of the key factors in being a successful actor: knowledge about the=20
current trends in the industry and using that knowledge in the business part=
 of=20
"show business." It keeps you ahead of the game...

Because pilot season is coming up and things get crazy/busy then, Nancy is=20
bringing up two LA theatrical agents on the weekend of January 10th and 11th=
=20
before things get really hectic for them down in LA. This will give her acto=
rs=20
the opportunity to get an edge over the competition with current up-to-date-=
=20
knowledge that most actors wouldn't have access to.

Because of SAG regulations (even though the agreements between Agency's and=20=
SA
G is still up in the air...we don't want to get anyone in trouble for future=
=20
negotiations), we can't reveal the names of the agents or agency's that will=
=20
be coming up for the weekend...BUT I can tell you that they come very highly=
=20
recommended by Nancy's good friend Victoria Burrows (Casting Director for th=
e=20
Lord of the Rings Trilogy and Robert Zemeckis films)...

As always,=A0 the morning sessions will consist of lecture and question and=20
answer. Actors will have to the opportunity to find our ask advice about=20
everything from giving yourself an edge over the competition, getting good h=
ead-shots,=20
constructing an effective resume, preparing for auditions and getting into=20
them, staying visible, to what the best way to approach them is. The afterno=
ons=20
will consist of him coaching actors in scene work, so you'll get to hear=20
feedback as well. This will be team taught with Nancy Berwid.=20

Space in all First Take weekly and weekend classes is limited and=20
registration is done on a first come, first served basis.=A0 Contact us imme=
diately to find=20
out the details about this class and how to register.=20

* Again to reiterate: This is not a job interview or audition. =A0 The prese=
nce=20
of a casting director or agent is neither a guarantee nor a promise of=20
employment. =A0 The intent of the class is solely educational. =A0 Attending=
 a Workshop=20
is not a way to obtain employment as an actor. =A0 Such contact as you may h=
ave=20
with a casting director or agent at a workshop rarely results in any further=
=20
contact with that casting director or any company affiliated with that casti=
ng=20
director.

That was the legalese :-)...just so you know...
