TECH DIR/MASTER CARPENTER : Half to 3/4 time.  Duties: Oversee & supervise
shop for 6-Show Season and Children's Conservatory Summer Show.  Avail for
prod. mtgs, drive process from pre-production thru set completion and tech
week.  Design opportunities on 1-2 shows/season & work with contracted
lighting and scenic designers, tech crew.  Tech maintenance during
production.  Oversee build & set-up of scenic elements and tech aspects of
prod.  Manage budget, building schedule, design feaseibility, set design
problems/solutions, order/pick-up materials.  Supervise strike.  Cultivate
resources for tech elements & volunteer base to assist on set build &
various projects about the theatre.  Start date; Sept. 1, 2003.   Salaried
