Captain "Big Jim" Warington, commander of the Colorado Forest Rangers, male
romantic lead, good baritone, typically played by a rugged, handsome, Nelson
Eddy-type, but could conceivably be more Dudley-DoRight-ish.  Plays opposite
Little Mary Sunshine (female lead).

Corporal Billy Jester, second-in-command of the Forest Rangers, male
"ingenue", comic tenor or high baritone, can be almost any type with the
appropriate voice and comic flair.  Plays opposite Nancy Twinkle, Little
Mary's comic soubrette (maid).  .
