Congrats to First Take students Mia Simon, Pat Croke, Mark Marking, and=20
Sandra Young!!! They went down to interview with LA theatrical agents this w=
eek and=20
were all offered representation!!

There are actors who have already moved to Los Angeles and still come up=20
empty handed after years of mail outs and showcases... it's a pretty awesome=
 thing=20
to have all this action for a small acting school -- in San Francisco to=20
boot!!! I still don't know of ANYother=C2=A0school that opens the doors for=20=
actors to=20
the Los Angeles Film and Television world as successfully as Nancy=E2=80=99s=
 8-Week=20
audition class. Perhaps you are new to acting and want to learn the most=20
efficient way to a career in the industry, or you are an experienced actor t=
hat needs=20
to take it to the next level and make your auditions pop -- this class is fo=
r=20
you.

Anyhow, we're opening up registration for Nancy's next class that begins on=20
November 11.=C2=A0(I'm in this one, so I'll see you there if you decide to c=
ome join=20
us!) This class will be a Daytime class running from 2 to 5pm every Tuesday=20
for eight weeks.=C2=A0Our classes have been booking out pretty quickly, so f=
or those=20
of you that are interested or for those of you that are continuing (pretty=20
please - otherwise I'll miss you :-) ), I would recommed getting your deposi=
ts=20
in ASAP to hold your spot.

If you have not yet heard about this class, it is specifically geared toward=
=20
the Film and TV acting and audition process.=C2=A0 Its main focus is to teac=
h=20
actors of all levels to learn how to analyze scripts and make the audition=20
successful without prior rehearsal with a scene partner, just as it would ha=
ppen in an=20
audition situation. As a student, you will be challenged to look at scripts=20
in a new way that will help you to identify with them and make them more rea=
l=20
for you.=C2=A0 As you progress through the class, Nancy provides personalize=
d=20
coaching to help you improve your audition skills.=C2=A0 This is essential i=
n that it=20
will help you to learn "How to get the job!"=C2=A0 Nancy also provides caree=
r=20
counseling, self-marketing, and networking advice dealing with the "in's and=
 out's" of=20
the Film and TV market.

Nancy's 8 Week Class focuses on teaching and working with beginning to=20
veteran actors how they can better tune into the guts of the scenes they wor=
k on.=C2=A0=20
Working on solid objectives and how to relate to what the characters are all=
=20
about, actors in the class get down to the nitty-gritty how to make their sc=
ene=20
work more real.=C2=A0 Don't be mistaken, the work is hard and Nancy's feedba=
ck is=20
definitely honest.=C2=A0 You will be pushed to bring out your potential for=20=
Film and=20
TV work like never before!=C2=A0 If you've got any questions about that, jus=
t talk=20
to all of Nancy's students that have experienced the success on those TV=20
series' and feature films that they've booked as a result of the hard work.=20

So, if you really want to get serious about working as an actor, join the=20
class that is getting multiple actors in for MAJOR FILM & TELEVISION ROLES!!=
!=C2=A0=20

Bustamonte auditions=20
so much that we have a hard time keeping track of all the projects he=E2=80=
=99s gone=20
out for, but he did get called in for a new Tom Hanks movie as well as got a=
=20
callback for a role in the new Tom Cruise movie. Comika has also audition fo=
r=20
the lead in the acclaimed Showtime series =E2=80=9CDead Like Me=E2=80=9D and=
 the lead in the=20
Eddie Griffin movie, =E2=80=9CMy Baby=E2=80=99s Momma.=E2=80=9D Feodor Chin=20=
has auditioned for many=20
projects like =E2=80=9CHaunted,=E2=80=9D =E2=80=9CAlias,=E2=80=9D and =E2=
=80=9CRush Hour.=E2=80=9D

And the amazing thing is: this is just the current activity in the last=20
couple of months=E2=80=A6there=E2=80=99s so much more that we haven=E2=80=
=99t even listed, or can even=20
keep track of=E2=80=A6

The results speak for themselves; this class is the real deal!=C2=A0 If you=20=
are=20
serious about making it in Film and Television, you need to be in this class=
.=20
The results show Nancy=E2=80=99s success in coaching actors to be competitiv=
e for the LA=20
market, but it is important to note that participation in any First Take=20
workshop or class does not guarantee future work. The dedication of the acto=
r him=20
or herself, and the current casting situations play and important role in th=
e=20
success of an actor.
