[BATA] Wizard of Oz AUDITIONS

Ray of Light Theatre will present "Wizard of Oz in Concert" on November 
7, 8, and 9.  This concert version of one of the world's most popular 
musicals will feature all of the music made famous by the classic MGM 
film.  The production will include a retelling of the story complete 
with dialogue from the stage production, colorful choreography, and a 
live orchestra.  The production will be staged by Eli Borggraefe with 
music direction by Kevin Reid.
Open AUDITIONS will be held on Monday and Tuesday, September 29 and 30 
at 7 p.m. at the SFDS Performing Arts Center (350 Masonic Avenue, enter 
on Golden Gate). The cast includes both solo and ensemble roles as well 
as a large adult chorus and a children's chorus.   This is a concert 
version of the show so rehearsal time will be limited (approximately 
three weeks beginning October 13).  This is a wonderful, low 
time-commitment, opportunity that is sure to be a great experience for 
all involved.  Those auditioning will be asked to prepare one ballad and 
one up-tempo song (we may only  have time to hear one piece).  Non-AEA,
