[BATA] Actors and Prop Master needed for Scapino

Alameda’s Altarena Playhouse seeking to cast the following male roles in Jim
Dale’s “Scapino” which runs weekends 10/29 through 11/27/04:  Sylvestro
(30-55, guardian of a wealthy young man, comic sidekick of Scapino); Ottavio
and Leandro (young men of wealthy families who have each married girls
against their fathers’ wishes).  Comedia del Arte style with broad physical
comedy, buffoonery and flying sausages.  Rehearsals begin on or about
9/13/04.  Travel stipend for actors.  Please contact director Loretta Janca
