[BATA] Set Designer (or recommendation) Needed

Hey BATA,

I've got a friend who's producing Mary Poppins at an underprivileged
elementary school in Hayward.  She's looking for someone to help design and
build a fairly simple set for the production.  Obviously budget is limited,
so the ideal candidate would be doing this mostly out of the kindness of
his/her heart (though a small stipend would be provided).

Does anyone know of someone like that, or have any idea where best to find
someone like that?  Thanks in advance.
