Artistic Director, full-time exempt position, available June 2005, possibly
sooner.  The Hillbarn Theatre Artistic Director is responsible for the
artistic integrity of Hillbarn Theatre in all of its aspects including
productions and sponsored events, and is also responsible for carrying out
the Mission Statement of the Theatre which is, =93 to create theatre with the
community, for the community, striving always for excellence in production
and education.=94  The Artistic Director, who reports to the Executive
Director, selects the artistic season with some collaboration from the E.D.
Responsibility for hiring all directors, musical directors, choreographers
and other staff and overseeing their efforts keeping to the Hillbarn
standards.  Also responsible for conducting professionally run auditions
