- How to get a cast & crew, secure locations and schedule your shoot
- Organizing and directing a shoot

an LA based director who has completed 3 features: 2 of which are now=20
in distribution.   He is currently the lead editor for MIG Records=20
(http://migrecords.com, http://watchavision.com) where he supervises=20
all post production for music videos, movie premieres, documentaries=20
and feature films.
Aeriol Ascher (http://www.gaiaheart.com) is an actor, producer/=20
director. She was head of production for Penrose Productions where she=20=

produced / directed more than 50 industrial videos and won 2 Joey=20
awards (production / directing).  She is currently working as an acting=20=

coach in San Jose, CA.
Olin Hyde is a successful commercial actor, writer and editor in Los=20
Angeles. His credits include winning 2 Gold Telly Awards (as a=20
producer), optioning 4 feature  film scripts, and work on more than 20=20=

national television commercials (as both an actor, creative director=20
and producer).
