Auditions: Monday March 14 and Tuesday March 15 6:30-9:00
Call Backs: Wednesday March 16 6:30-9:30
Location: Yerba Buena High School 1855 Lucretia Ave., San Jose, CA
95122 in the Theatre

1. Your Name
2. A contact #
3. Your preferred audition day and time. Walk ups will be taken 6:30-7:00 on the 14th and 15th. 7:00- 9:00 will be by appointment only.
* Prepare one comic monologue. (Sides will be available for those without a monologue)
* Bring a Headshot/Resume if available and conflict dates
Rehearsals will take place at Yerba Buena High School Tuesdays- Fridays
6:30 pm-9:30 pm beginning the week of March 28. Performance dates are scheduled for mid May.
This is a Non-union/no pay production.

Play Synopsis:
Jack Worthing and Algernon Montcrief have taken to bending the truth in order to put some excitement into their lives. Both take on the name Ernest in order to win the hearts of their respective loves, Gwendolen and Cecily, two young ladies who are certain they could never be happy married to a man who was named something other than Ernest. When they all come together, we have two men who claim to be "Ernest," and two girls in love with men named "Ernest" who aren't earnest. A delightful and light-hearted romp through the parlors and parlance of English society filled with dazzling humor and wit.
The mission of the Pigeon Players is to provide an environment that promotes community and educational outreach by means of affordable, quality theatre in East San Jose.
